In addition to a high technical knowledge of the game and steeped in the Miguel ‘hard work but fun’ style of coaching, many of the coaches have their own areas of expertise which support the overall development of the players:
Antonio Ruiz recently retired from the ATP Tour, is the hitting partner of the older players and technical coach to the younger elites. He was a student of Miguel Dios before the Academy was founded
Javier Casau referees the Academy's tournaments and manages all the racket re‐stringing.
Javier Ibanez Head of Technical Coaching for the younger players, Javi is passionate about good technique and thoroughly enjoys teaching best practice to the youngest elites.
Miguel Martin manages the players' conditioning and fitness ‐ a key element of any athlete's development to protect against injury as well as promote strength, performance and stamina.
